Frequently Asked Questions

Most likely, Accessibility permission is not granted. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, find SnapMaster, and enable it. If it's already on, try toggling it off and back on, then restart SnapMaster.
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Click the + button and add SnapMaster from your Applications folder. macOS may require your password.
Click the SnapMaster icon in the menu bar and adjust the Sensitivity slider. Lower sensitivity means you need to drag closer to the edge before snapping triggers.
Open the menu bar widget → Excluded Apps → click the + button and select the app you want to exclude. SnapMaster will ignore that app's windows.
Open the menu bar widget and enable Launch at Login. If it's already on but not working, try disabling and re-enabling the toggle.
SnapMaster supports multiple monitors. If snapping isn't working on a specific display, try moving the window fully onto that screen before dragging to an edge. If the issue persists, please email us with your monitor setup details.
